13 Degrees of water and I swam for 33 minutes. My body felt the pain it was really hard, I can't breath at the beginning but happy to do that again after the first experience it was easier to concentrate and go into the water. I felt that my inner barriers had a lower effect and my believe on me and my confidence to go into this cold water was higher than before. Thats life isn't it? Believe in yourself, face your fears and go step by step the extra mile. Even it feels hard, even if you feel sad or not strong enough. Its time to start to extend your limits and explore your potential!
